TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "W BAŃCE" CAMPING AREA
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These regulations are valid as of 01.02.2023.
As far as these Regulations are concerned, the phrases "W BAÑKA", " camping area" mean the same and refer to the camping area located at Dąbrowa 22 , 92-701 Łódź/ Nowosolna.
Making a reservation and/or staying at W BAŃCE means acceptance of these Regulations.
1. RULES OF STAY
Visitors are required to pay for the entire period of their stay prior to arrival.
In order to maintain the intimacy of W BAŃCE, only guests with a reservation at the resort are allowed to stay on the premises - maximum 2 persons per reservation for each tent - bubble. Guests without a reservation are required to pay £200 per day (until 10pm) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A specific tent is assigned for each booking along with a private toilet and there is no option to swap the tent or toilet yourself.
Due to the nature of the facility:
- Despite our great love for animals, we do not host them on the W BAŃCE grounds.
- The W BAŃCE area is only suitable for persons 16 years of age and older (except during "Family with Children" booking periods). , or when renting the entire facility)
- W BAŃCE reserves the right to cancel/cancel the reservation in case of bad weather conditions endangering safety. In such cases, W BAŃCE will refund the total cost of the booking and, if the booking is already started, may offer accommodation in a nearby accommodation facility.
W BAÑKA does not offer catering services. Guests can prepare their own meals at W BAŃCE in designated areas (equipped kitchens). We offer coffee, tea and other basic products. It is possible to order meals to be delivered to the property.
With your reservation, you can also order breakfast offered by an external company. W bańce chooses its partners carefully but is not responsible for the quality of the meals served by the delivery companies.
Guests of IN THE BUBBLE can use the communal Jacuzzis (2) from 16:00-23:00 and 8:00-13:00 ( with a periodic service break).
Guests of the VIP bubble (ZEN, Venus, Premium) have private Jacuzzis.
The Bubble reserves the right to exclude the use of the Jacuzzi in case of bad weather conditions - in particular storms, strong winds or too low air temperature.
2 Length of stay
The standard hotel day starts at 16:00 and lasts until 11:00 on the last day of your stay - unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions or agreed otherwise by email.
Failure to leave the camping area by 12:00 will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the overnight rate.
Rules and Regulations
Everyone is obliged to take care of the cleanliness and orderliness around their leisure area and, in particular, to dispose of rubbish in designated areas - we separate our rubbish.
We respect the surrounding nature, we do not destroy or pick flowers and shrubs.
Visitors to W BAÑKA must comply with health and safety and fire protection regulations, in particular it is forbidden to:
- lighting bonfires
- use the barbecue outside the designated area
- swim in the pond
- fishing
- damage the infrastructure
- littering in the camping area.
Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit are available in the wooden cabins.
Smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in tents, bathrooms and log cabins. Cigarette waste must be disposed of in ashtrays.
Persons behaving inappropriately (e.g. using inappropriate words towards other guests or staff at W BAÑKA, not adhering to these rules and regulations) may be expelled without refund of the unused stay fee.
3 Vehicle parking rules
Parking of vehicles may only take place in the places designated for that purpose at the entrance to the camping area.
W BAÑKA shall make every effort to ensure that the parking area is safe, but shall not be liable for parked vehicles or objects in them.
The entrance gates and part of the public area are monitored.
4 Final Provisions
W BAŃCE is not financially responsible for valuables (including but not limited to: money, jewellery, equipment, etc.) belonging to guests.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Any other issues not covered by these rules should be discussed with the staff of "W BAÑCE".

In matters not regulated by these rules and regulations the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
